I became a Level V Master Trainer in Ki-Hara Resistence Stretching in 2009 after years of being an AFTA Certified personal trainer. I am fascinated about the mechanics of the human body, the strength, flexibility and beauty of human anatomy in motion, and wanted to help people achieve their goals through strength training and proper stretching. Passive stretching is damaging to muscle tissue; stretching muscles eccentrically creates a longer, stronger muscle, helpful in preventing injuries.

I am also a certified Thai Massage Specialist, USTU Certified TaeKwonDo Black Belt, and former ETF National Champion in Forms, Weapons, and Sparring.
